  • I hear you jaxf199. It has been 31years for me. How about sometimes when you are out and about at zero dark hundred and there is a smell in the air and your are transported back to when you were 19 years old and have just finished a static line and you ar getting your shit together for a nice 15 mile force march through the muck and mire. Remember the old Army recruiting ad.."We do more before 9AM then most people do in a day".. yeah, no shit!!!! LOL Hooahhhhh! Rangers Lead the Way!!!!

  • Yeah being a Ranger is in your heart, but you needed something special since you were paid shit, worked long hous and could possibly die in some shithole thousands of miles from your home Same for allowing non AB q'ed dillwads to wear Corcorans. Poitical Correctness is ruining the Military!

  • Bco.2/75th INF (Ranger) 1981-1985 Why did the TRADOC weenies have to take away the Black Beret???? Berets were for Elite Troops not Desk Jockeys, but they wanted to look Strac. So they got some non combat arms two star to push that shit through, saying it would be good for moral. What about The moral of the elite troops who had to give up their Black Berets? What about the moral of the troops who proudly wore their Green, Black, and Maroon berets?

  • Mikefan09 join infantry and you might be offered a ranger contract if not maybe airborne contract. If you don't get offered either one of those drill sgts can give out airborne slots and the get a few ranger contracts to give out all you need to do is max pt and you will get a airborne slot and furring airborne sgts from ranger school pretty much ask who want to go to ranger school

  • do rangers do HALO jumps?

  • an epic erection has been acquired do to the epicness of this video.

  • Air assault!

  • jaxfl99: I feel you brother. class 11-01 2/75 Aco

  • very goog video

  • thinking about becoming a ranger, wot does it take vets? wot do i need to be? wot do i need to have? wot i gotta do to kill some raghead fools!?

rangers lead the way! in awe of y'all! thanks bros.

  • @mikefan09 Get your ass in the door first 2nd only rangers are aloud to use rangers lead the way Code of honor. Second join the infantry and get your feet wet for awhile then go to ranger school recruits are always the first to flush out because they have never been really pushed RIP is basic on roids. Train your feet cause you will be walking and train your mind. But main thing is you gotta talk to a recruiter to get in

  • I want this so bad!!!!!I have been Army 15 years, prior 13B Field Artiller, transferred to Finance last year due to hearing loss. Ranger recruiter got me a waiver to go to school and get into the 75th. I am 40 and stil in great shape, I can out PT just about my whole unit. is it crazy that I wanna do this, the fire and desire are all there. any input guys?

  • @jbree005 wot does it take sir? goodluck to u. respect n honor for your service.

  • @jbree005 Takes feet feet feet and more feet and then to handle army gayness to level time ten. You can be in the best shape of your life and still flush out. They will get you into shape, mental is all you. Seen guys that also could out PT there whole company but flushed in three hours at RIP.

  • ok im 13 and i really want to be a ranger when i grow up. but i have a problem. i wear a size 15 and im expected to be over 6'6 is there any regulations on height?

  • @codking303 Sadly, there is. I'm not sure what the max height is, but I think you should still be good. The part you have to worry about is when they tape you. If you weigh too much, even though it's because you're tall, they'll give you the boot.

  • @codking303 You're fine. They would probably love you there. You could probably ruck like a monster with those long legs. It's a better thing more so than a bad thing.

  • @codking303 I believe 6'5 is the max height. not sure though

  • I can't waite to be a ranger, RANGERS LEAD THE WAY

  • @itsPrivateYam if you dont have the guts or the balls to even try, you wont make it anywhere, you ain't nothing special.

  • number 18 is one of the best!

  • @itsPrivateYam.......... you are dumb enough said....... first to fight yeah sure

  • Been 35 years since I went to RANGER School.

I still get a tear in my eye when I recite my Ranger Creed.

  • Rogers' Rangers LEAD THE WAY! HOOAH! I am the Infantry, FOLLOW ME!

  • @TheForsakenWaffle HOOAH!!!

  • @TheForsakenWaffle Hooah man

  • To protect and serve is the local police creed. It is not, has never been, and never be the creed of any US military component.

  • i leave for FT. Benning July 25th 3 days to go. wish me luck

    PVC. Barraugh

  • @irxic Good luck

  • @irxic Good luck man! and thank you for serving! and remember, "courage cant be taught, but it can be grown" keep this creed in your mind, let it drive you to become all you can be, never give up! i've been trying to just enlist now for 4 years, i live in oregon and i'm going to college in colorado just so i can join, if i get my way, i'll serve this country till the day i die.

  • sua sponte!!

  • why do people put video like this. if you know anything you should know that a branch's have one main goal and that is to protect and serve

  • @fizz9119 You have bad grammar.

  • I leave August 22nd for Benning for OSUT. 11B INFANTRY! after that im going Airborne! then gonna earn my Tab, shit in my Heart, soul, mind, and spine im already a Ranger, now i just gotta prove it to my country! HOOAH! Pvt.Paige

  • I cant wait to be an Ranger

  • @itsPrivateYam yeah i'm fine with it but since i would have went through airborne training they might stick me with airborne, but either way yeah i'm fine with being in normal infantry

  • Rangers Lead the way HOOAH!

  • @itsPrivateYam not yet still got to graduate

  • @itsPrivateYam actually the marines motto is The Few, The Proud

  • @itsPrivateYam when has that ever happened?

  • @itsPrivateYam I know it takes dedication, hard work, and sacrifice. All of which I am willing to do to become a Ranger

  • @itsPrivateYam I did not mean to disrespect any branch of the Military. I was simply telling the man that the Rangers see more action than Marines because the Rangers are usually the first ones in.

  • lets stop bitching about which branch is better. they all help to defend our counrty, and protect our rights. I personally would like to say thank you to all the men and women that serve our country.God Bless America, and the brave men and women who defend it..

  • 2:07 haha random old lady

  • What is the name of this song?

  • I am wanting to be a Ranger and this video inspired me even more.

  • @Metalmuscian1 me too! i cant wait to enlist!

  • RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!!!!!

  • Leave it to a fucking marine to talk about shit he doesn't know. Sf and rangers were in country before the war was declared official

  • @Montypythontrout leave it to the beret wearing douche bag army guy to get sand in his clit over a stupid comment. so i guess marine recon was nowhere near the country before the invasion right? go stand at ur boring ass check point and try not to shoot at us as much, hooaa?? lol

  • every true army dog knows that marines are the first ones on the ground....so i guess then we would be leading the way no?

  • @soflo23 Do you realize that marines barley see any action currently in the war? Any mission or action that comes up is assigned to elite task forces, such as the Rangers, so actually they are the ones to lead the way, not the marines

  • @soflo23 Actually, It's the Rangers that are the ones first in usually, aside from SF and tier 1 groups.

  • stop arguing about nothing...this video is awesome and inspiring and thats that.

  • the sliding door opening at 2:16 is horrid CQB, I hope ya'll get better instruction than that.

  • @LongRangeAce

Thats not CQB son. Thats opening a storage locker after the objective was already cleared. Im sure since youre the long range ace you could deduct that. Being the long range ace you should have been able to use youre bad ass long range skills to noticed the other 2 dudes just standing there relaxing. Thats because the objective is clear, they are just conducting good discipline and making sure they have a gun pointed in the right direction. Should there be a longrangeace hiding.

  • @spaceshuttledoorgun nothing is cleared until it is cleared. Good day.

  • maybe only in reserve and national guard and after recruiting or recruitment when is needed in modern days

  • and i served in 101.Airborne Division as a private first class, for your informations and i attended also the airborne school, so i know all this what i placed on this page as a comments, thats all true.and my cousin was fought on Omaha Beach as a ranger. God Bless America and God Bless the 75th Ranger Regiment and my unit. I wanted to say that NATO says that there is no needs to have more soldiers in an NATO army than 200 000 of soldiers, so there is no need for difference. what do say now?

  • @Patton981 Learn English?

  • I only wanted to say that there is an difference because i am a historian and a strategist. but i think that doesnt exist a large army or navy because of modern technologies and electronics, choppers and even the stealth technology. us army and navy watching the enemy through the sattelite and spy planes then they send navy seals to find and destroy the enemy (marines and rangers also doing that). when the enemy is founded navy seals use their satellite radio to call the submarine strikeoncamp

  • Airborne All The Way!

  • Who was at Makin Attoll raid and what type of unit, are they only a marines or marine raiders the commando light infantry, what about Korean Battlefield or Vietnam Batlefield, who was on Omaha Beach or who landed during night operations in Normandy-not only the paratroopers during the night and they were more than 7 ranger regiments specialised in intelligence, recon, diving, airborne, army infantry and marines, the times have been changed, only one unit and one regiment that is only all in one

  • I know the difference between the vietnam and abidjan, because of terrain. But you can see the difference between the missions in Iran during overthrow and in Abidjan with French Foreign Legion, the Legionares didnt had casuelties but in Iran the whole Special Forces Unit has been lost. This is 21st century warfare no more armies, no more Blitzkrieg tactics, no more than 200 000 of soldiers, only Oil Rig or fuel strategy with NATO or UN and no more capture the airfield or sabotage tactics.

  • USMC training: Parachute training, Pilot training, land and forest based training, amphibious traning-this is also history-we have choppers now, survival training, close quarters combat training, special warfare, there is no light infantry or naval infantry anymore, that missions allready in WWII and 20th century were suicidal missions, the whole division has been lost. you need to see the difference between the french intervention in vietnam and french intervention in abidjan with choppers.

  • There is an difference between this two type of units or a different branch of army. Maybe we are in a WWII or is this 20th century when someone of you say that the rangers coppied some tactics from marines. Maybe someone of you talking about modern tactics, but the rangers are a different type of unit and they doesnt exist anymore, the marines also doesnt exist, there is only now the special forces and some recon infantry divisions, but commandos regiments and light infantry units are history

  • Rangers Lead The Way HooAh!

  • 2:28 a guy failed and slipped

  • Where i can sign in i want to contribute with the imperialism LOL i am kidding.

  • @CommunistSpyware your country is a great empire and not evil to boot and your ashamed?could you be any more backwards?

  • @renegadekav Sorry i dont speak english very well so i cant understand you a shit XD

  • Nah what i ment was da sayings like always and espiritu de corpes

  • WTF half da shit dey coppied of of da marines

  • i know Rangers fucking love their job

  • So out of curiosity what is the background music? Sorry if its already been answered, I didn't want to look through 85k+ comments. FANTASTIC video. I use it to pump myself up before I work out. I enlisted back in December and I'm nervous/excited to go to basic. I'll do everything I can to uphold the Army Values, and some day, fate willing, I'll make it to Ranger School!

  • FUCKIN HOOAH! Thank you for kicking ass and taking initials (you guys are so damn high speed yall aint got time to take names) Rangers Lead the Way!

  • RANGERS LEAD THE FCKNG WAY! BEEN THERE DONE THEM

  • at 2:30 that Ranger was quick to roll and get back on his feet.

  • Any One With 11x Op. 40?

  • @ARICardoza why do you ask?

  • @Irnman52 Ooh-Rah is Marine Corp, Hoo-ah is Army. Airborne is not spelled with a "U". How can you appreciate all the "thank yous" when you have not served shit in your lifetime. You talk of respect yet you disrespect every branch by claiming your apart of something your not, DON'T. although i do agree with some of what you say even though the "dissing" that goes on between branches is a friendly rivalry. Get it right and stop bein so jacked up your just embarrassing yourself.

  • EVERY AMERICAN! YOU WILL SUPPORT EVERY BRANCH OF THE US MILITARY 24/7 AND IF YOU DONT.......camljockykilla and ridusofthetonedeaf will email you, message you, post on your videos OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!Since you cant beat us,you better join US!

  • thumbs up if this video gives you wood. no homo. 68w over here

  • I was in the 75th Rangers and i have to say we kick ass !

  • I don't get arguements about different outfits of a combat force. They all serve their country, whether it's just a simple desk job to infantry to air force marshall, they all should be honored for serving their country. Different jobs maybe, but protecting the people right?

  • We leave no man behind...and if that means i have to give my life to save another, so be it.

Until you have served then you do not understand, Marines, Rangers Airforce, Navy

We swore a vow to this country....

And I will give my life for my brother beside me no matter what branch of service he is in.

Ive trained with the marines, and they are just as dedicated as Rangers are so

knock off the bullshit about whos best.

SGT wilk...................RANGERS Lead the way, HOOOAHH!

  • I hope to be a Marine in a few years but i still give my respects to the Army and especially the Rangers they are some tough S.O.B.s. THanks to all the armed forces.

    OORAH!

  • Surrender is not a ranger's word? Does that mean they would fight to the last man like japs on Okinawa? Like even if they loose 90% of theyr whole division, will the still keep fighting?

  • @cyberdaemon Yes it does mean that. The last stanza of our creed is "Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor.'

  • @cyberdaemon Yes it does mean that. The last stanza of our creed is "Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor.' The difference between us and the Imperial Japanese Army is that we would kill everything we could before we were killed. We wouldn't take our own lives.

  • @cyberdaemon absolutely. battle of cisterna they did fight to the last man. only 7 walked out. darkest day in Ranger history. I'm in 1st Ranger Batt. so ranger history has a special place in my heart. even in OEF we're being looked at for a presidential unit citation. Just because afghanistan has no Normandy Landing or Operation Market Garden doesn't mean nobody can be valorous. War is violent no matter if it's Rommel vs Patton or a platoon of Rangers vs a taliban training camp.

  • @steadfastbb I checked and according to some historian, 400 of them were taken POW. I can tell you that by my opinion, allied forces were never and are still not as fanatical as japs, they didn't see a virtue in the idea of either death or victory. If situation was very bad, they did rather surrender than die. Never surrendering often simply brings unnecesary death and is not a smart thing anyway. Thats why so few japs ever survived island hopping campaign.

  • @steadfastbb I think we should be rather lucky that we don't have to go trough battles comparable to Stalingrad, that would simply be awful, war ain't no Call of Duty. It used to be that thousands of troops were simply lost due to lack of food, clothing, transportation or simply medicine. Field hospitals were often no more than dirty cellar or sewerage tunnels. During middle ages or before, there wan't even proper medicine and average life was 25 years anyway. So we are lucky in a sense.

  • @steadfastbb Ironic how battle you suggested (battle of cisterna) took place 30 jan - 2 feb, year ago on same time Stalingrad battle ended. With southern pocket surrendering 30 jan 1943 and northern pocket giving up feb 2nd 1943. Exactly a year after a german biggest defeat in WW2.

  • i believe for some reason that the soldiers are being lied to and used......and the military being used the wrong way........

  • @MrAwesomeness16 Well that's a matter of opinion but just remember we don't serve the President or Congress we serve the constitution and the citizens of the United States. If we didn't think fighting this war was in the best interest of our country we wouldn't fight. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

  • @mljohnson36 I'm Infantry 11 Bravo MrAwesomeness16 is just probably some dumbass civilian that doesnt know his asshole from a hole in the ground

  • @eWookMagook I salute you for your service in Infantry 11B.

  • what is the music?

  • im a freshman and im going to join the army rangers when my sophmore year is over

  • im planning in become a ranger in 2 years from now

  • @USMCFUCKYEA This has nothing to do with Marines vs Rangers, but I think it is a bit disrespectful to say Army guys are expendable. No soldier, sailor, marine or airman is expendable. They all serve, and all play important roles.

  • To all you assholes who think that they have to right to talk shit about any branch of the military your sadly mistaken every branch from the airforce to the rangers contributes to keeping all of you assholes safe and still able to have the privilege to be free...so until you guys nut up and join i highly suggest you shut the fuck up=D

  • we r all on the same side....and we all r the best soilders in the world...army,marines,airforce,navy...we are the best in the world PERIOD

  • what the music???

  • im going to join the army and get infantry school, airborne school, and ranger school in my contract

  • RANGERS R BEAST~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @iowan7

    Japs concentration camp (WWII)

    Guantanamo

    Abu graib

    and so on

  • Nazi Germans = USA

they were powerful just like you . in a matter of fact they were more powerful than america

and as what happened to them its going to happen to you

so keep in your mind . that some day the world will get enough of your crimes and stand together against you

  • @Captive107

    1) We may not be perfect but we do try to help our fellow man as best we can. It's just some times what we do dose not always turn out well.

    2) When insulting a country, please use proper grammar so you don't sound like a idiot.

  • @Redwingfan345

you mean like AN idiot ??

I really don't care , it's not even my language.

when in the same time it's your language

and you still can't write 2 sentences properly

it's really improve the say "Americans are really dumb"

  • @Captive107 So not only are you a bigot, your also a nitpicker to huh? And I believe YOU mean it really proves the saying? Heres a note for you, when correcting some one else's grammar don't make mistakes even a 1st grader, American or not, would be able to pik-up on.

  • @Captive107 U jelly? America ftw.

  • @Captive107 Uh... Nazi Germany was a Nationalist Socialist nation... With a dictatorship. The United States of America is a Representative Democracy. The world will NEVER stand against us. Not anytime soon anyways. Do you realize that we fund the defenses of major Western European nations like France and England? England is our biggest ally, and you think they would stand against us?

Hitler's Third Reich was a war machine. The United States is not.

  • and even if i didnt have friends in the Marines i wouldnt put them down anyway, because i realize that the only way for this country to be free is if we work as a team, otherwise how do we get intel? or how do you get to where you need to be? like i said, i prefer the Rangers, and i hope to go SF some day, but no matter what branch i'm in, no matter if i'm infantry or a paper pusher, if we dont stand together, we'll all die alone.

  • this is comparable to racism, and partiotism, their very similar, only one is building his country (or his branch) up (patriotism) while not really puting the other down, prefering their own over another, while racism is putting the other down, to be lifted up, so not only dose racism not even get you anywhere, it shows what a douce you are to. i prefer Rangers, in my personal oppinion they are better trained the Marines, but i have friends in the Marines, so i'm not going to put them down.....

  • 6 people are terrorists

  • @devotedsiren being able to shoot in a training environment isn't saying much.

  • really great video! xD Rangers lead the way!

  • i like all branches unless it army navy football day then just for that one day i dont like navy

  • Rangers lead the way!

  • I just thought I would throw this comment in here...I really thought this video was pretty cool...

  • I just thought I would throw this comment in here...I really thought this video was pretty cool...

  • there has always been some kind of sibling rivalry between the service branches, there always will be. that is what makes us so great

  • I never said they don't have the ability to shoot but as of now they're NOT ALOUD IN INFANTRY OR COMBAT ARMS BY THE US MILITARY. this isn't an opinion it's a fact. Whether or not they would do well or not isn't the point.

  • i thought id let all you dumb fucks know that there both bad ass there both branches of the same military and rangers jump out of planes more. ask a marine if they have ever jumped 90% the answer is no. they will all kick our enemies asses so show your support for both....stupid fucks

  • @devotedsiren more like T3.

  • @devotedsiren

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Seriously? You're fucking kidding me right? >"every who gets out of marines boot camp is special forces ready qualified" ??? I'm curious and would really like to know just exactly where you got that idea, before I laugh my balls off at how ignorant you are... again...

  • @Ender1337otron Well they arent special forces qualified. But theyre crucible [which is like the army's valley forge] takes aspects from the army ranger and navy seal schools. So I can see where he got that.Just calm down bro hes only 13 years old.LOL JK

  • @USMCForceRecon100

Oh I'm calm, I thank him actually, I needed a good laugh. This probably makes me a giant dickhead or whatever, but I really do enjoy laughing at retards.

  • @Ender1337otron I know I enjoy laughing at people who dont know anything but act like they know everything.

  • you got told RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!

  • STOP COMPARING RANGERS TO MARINES!

  • PS, for all those talking trash about each other and our forces should shut the fuck up, unless they have PERSONALLY been in said branch/department etc. Otherwise, the only thing that should be coming out of their mouths is "Thank you" or some other form of gratitude.

  • @ccowarpig Hell Yes. I've noticed the people who talk the most trash about the various branches are people who have never served a day in their lives.

  • @ccowarpig thank you for that brother

  • @ccowarpig Eye thnk 1ts only appror1ate to argue about such thngs when somebody else d1sses another branch, 1n whch case the objectve 1s only to prove them wrong, not to d1srespect another branch 1n the progress. Amer1ca owes 1tself to EACH branch equally, not one more than the other. : ) Hooah, Oorah, etc. etc. :)

  • @ccowarpig thats right u tell u those ungratefull little fucks

  • @ccowarpig

Well its obv to point out the college kids and arrogant ones

Real men wouldnt say which branch is better. Blah blah blah. Every single branch is working to keep this country secure and everyone in it

  • You know. I came from the 82 Airborne. So, I got to know plenty of Rangers. But...After reading alot of comments on these videos. I've noticed something. All these people who say things like OORAH!! and "Aren't Ready For Marines Yet" And everything else. These are the people who have never served a Day in their lives. The Military is a huge family. Even though there is friendly rivalries. There isn't any real hatred. Only from civilians who are these Arm Chair "Spec-Ops"

  • @jpd782 Wow finally somebody who says it, Anyways i'm off to airborne school soon. Maybe one day i'll be able to be a ranger but i know i'm not ready just yet. But thats my ultimate goal.

  • @uniform2107 Excellent. I graduated Airborne school in April 1994. So, it's been a few years. Good luck with that. And the Rangers.

  • @USMCFUCKYEA you are just disgraceful for one, but every marine I have ever met (not including pre-2000's marines that I have met) were the same exact grunt that I knew in the Army. Just stupider haircuts IMHO. Like was said before, Ranger isn't just a sign up and go...they make sure your even worth the try...unlike the few and the proud.

  • I have always dreamed of becoming a member of the united states armed service my father was a navy man as was his father before him but unfortunately i am unable to join so to all those men and women that can and do join i say thank you for your service, ur blood, ur sweat, and thank you for putting your life on the line for us back at home.

  • Frankly I'm ashamed to see my brothers talking shit about each other. That's bulltshit. As a Marine, I respect all my brothers(sisters) in arms, who have served (are serving) honorably. That's all that should fucking matter. You can't compare branches anyway - they all have their specialties, like it or not. And all branches have their shitbags and turds - so stop the damn fight - the fight is overseas. Remember, divided we stand, united we fall!

  • @ccowarpig One Force, One Fight...

  • @ccowarpig typo?

  • @natesnipes8 nopes. Charlie Company

  • One of the best videos here, lots of cool video shots and pics. Anybody happen to know the song?

Salute from Recce Company, 2nd Battalion, Norwegian Armed Forces.

  • Celebrating The US Special Operations Command!

  • Honor and Respect our troops because...THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR YOUR FREEDOM!!! RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!!

  • Marines where developed as a military force aboard boats therefore marines are techincally not a soldier plus due to difference in training cannot be compared. Marines are the fe the proud but the rangers are the best equiped best rained sons of bitches i have ever encountered in my life. Marines are good dont get me wrong but you just cant accuratly compare
