  • stairway to heaven:D

  • Oh wow, this is back when there was such a thing as "Grass" at WKI!

  • geile kiste der nimbus!!

  • I salute both of you. I used to fly in both, including Nimbus 4DM. In my opinion flying the Nimbus is a lot more demanding to fly in normal airplanes. What was the landing?

  • I am too afraid to fly airplanes that don't have engines. I salute you.

  • I salute you back! The ones with engines are more dangerous! Have a bit of a look into gliding theory nd you will see what i mean. Planes dont need engines to fly, just wings. Even a commercial airliner could turn its engines off and glide long distances. In fact this has happened in the past! :-)

  • I rather have a motorglider w/ retractable prop :)

  • Ha! me too! :-)

  • Wuss,

    Motors are for the unbrave

  • Engines have a tendancy to explode when you crash.

  • I thought it was gasoline that tended to burn, not engines :P Doesn't keep me from having fuel in my car!

    I see your point.

  • what a pussy finish, the dutch can do that way lower. WBAC RULLEZZZZZZZZ

  • is that how the dutch manage to kill themselves in gliders?? ;-)

  • music sux

  • Oh,.. its sexc this plane. But i have touched the "HG" Nimbus 4DM which flew the worldrecord in argentinia (3000km). I know the owner of this plane, and a friend of mine used this plane that Klaus Ohlman used for his worldrecord.haha ;-) U jus gotta kno the rite ppl !!! HAHA

  • Yup, its pretty damn sexy. Just gotta know the right people :)

  • Man, I would love to fly in a Nimbus 4DM. It is one of the best looking gliders, i think.
