Oh, cute! I first heard about this festival through Ojamajo Doremi (yes, anime, I know; I need a life :p) I think I'm gonna research it; it sounds so fun! I'm gonna celebrate it next year!
Unfortunately, I'm not in direct contact with the Kodas right now. I know that displays of greatly varying details (and prices) can be bought all over Japan around Hina Matsuri, and could likely be found on-line. If you want to carve a set of your own, you could try looking at samples on YouTube and other websites. Other than that, I really don't know. Sorry I'm not of more help.
