  • @queenbee786 Yippie!! It's all in the breathing as you stretch, right!!

  • @yogimarlon absolutely i never thought I would be able to bend down so low and the pose where your reaching your foot with your arm over your head thing, i actually got that down!! it was amazing!!

  • @queenbee786 Yes, I know the pose. Excellent work, Queenbee!

  • @queenbee786 If you like, look me up on facebook. There are lots of my DVD students gathering on my Yogi Marlon page. Happy to add you as a friend.

  • hi yogi Marlon, your yoga for beginners dvd has really helped me. I'm doing 20 or so minutes of yoga a day and I'm reaping the rewards. Thank you!

p.s. in your dvd, you talk about bringing the breath up and down the spine to the sounds so and hum. is this kriya yoga meditation?

  • be nice!

omfg lol that's so funny!!! wk

  • I'd love to have Yogi Marlon detoxify my house... and MY LIFE!

  • @CatYogi This can be done!! I do consultations either in person or via Skype for people outside of LA. Let me know if you are interested.

  • how much is personal training ??//

  • I take on a few private students and charge them $150 for a 90 minutes session.

  • I love watching your cable access show in N.Y.C.

It was also a real treat to see you in the film "Gods and Monsters" as Elizabeth Taylor.

My heart flutters. All the Best!

  • Hey, thanks! Nice to see that fans remember my from my show in NYC! Does it still air on Manhattan Cable? I'd love to know.

  • Believe it or not, I was a playback operator for that station btwn 1999-2003 (the job was an abomination) however the airing your show was my responsibility. And then I got hooked on the show. I think your show still airs there.

  • Well then, I suppose a very belated thank you is in order. I appreciate your efforts to bring Yoga Time with Marlon Braccia to the Manhattan community. I truly derive a sense of satisfaction when I find out people are actually benefitting from the virtues of yoga because of the efforts I make. Rave on, yogi!
