The early Victorys had some transmission problems. Many were updated to new transmissions, and many original trannies are still on the road. In 2002 they came out with the Freedom Motor. Very few problems with these updated motorcycles. Great running and the most powerful stock V twins on the market. Most dealers will let you test ride them. Take one for a spin. You will never get back on a Honda. The Vics handle much better, and a ton of power.
I might have just bought a lemon of a Vic, but mine has given me nothing but problems. Yeah its big, but I really wouldnt advise spending much on one. Everyone I know who has a Honda has nothing bad to say.

I'm thinking of buying one of these how is it treating you?
I get mixed views on this bike the one i'm looking at has 10000 miles on it do you advise getting one?

DO NOT BUY A V92!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you are picking it up for 2500 or less. Spend your money on a Honda.

Why would you say that i did meet someone that has over 100 K on his 99 Victory and he never had and problems with his.
I have had problems with my Yamaha's and need something bigger.
