I have worked in a medical office before and what Obama is saying is absolute BULLSHIT.

All patient records ARE ALREADY electronic and kept by the doctor and only shared with other doctors under patient permission. Most are originally hard-copy then scanned and placed in a secure encrypted electronic files so as to back them up.

So what he is saying makes NO sense.

This rat is just avoiding the question as to why everyone's' records will be put in a database with NO protection/oversight.

This is exactly why computerising everything is wrong.....................it opens the door to hackers, gives excuses for non complaince (compoooter says nooo), makes us reliant on electricity, it is easy to defraud and it cements the One world Order doctrine.
