I just wondered if you could possibly help me. I too have a Marklin with the sight glass missing and the holes plugged with 2 brass screws. Mine is the 4095/5. Is it possible to acquire replacement glass tubes for these engines. if so please could you advise me.
Excellent models there! The workshop is ridiculously cool too - sign of a bygone age unfortunately, but despite that, I'd still have a line-shaft in my workshop if I could find enough excuses to use one!
Where can I buy one and how much $ are they.
