The guy recognized the Pope of Rome and was considered as the backbone of the new Crusade that Pope wanted to start. He also knew how to write in latin and he was fluent even in turkish, as well. we suppose only he knew how to speak some slav too, from his mothers side, but there is not much evidence to suggest he knew how to speak -let alone write, in shqip, still at the time. if you find anything on the latter plz let us all know!
