I don't understand how used baby clothes are not appropriate? When I was pregnant with my son, I was given new and used clothes at my baby shower. I see nothing wrong with it.
i have to agree with you there, as a child raised on handmedowns and thrift store finds i don't get her issue.
perhaps if the item is totaly tattered it wouldn't make a nice gift but even stained items come in handy if the other option is nothing.
For my friend who is expecting i have made some baby items (bibs, paci clips) but also bought items but of everything bought only one item was new, and it cost the same as the bag of items i bought used for them.(have a great store here
@LilNerdy1107 i think its coz when the baby wears it it gets a bit streched out(we all know they move around alot) and the color kinda changes (after the accedents in them xD) and it would be a bit hard to like..roll them up and stuffs
