i see a big graphic difference here, mine can't handle the beuty of your graphics, but anyways, my game like say in the tutorial the man wa ssaying:"to turn the cam-cam-cam-cam-cam-camera-era­-era-era-era. Thats what happens to me -_- any help?

when I press play on my game after I install it it says your computer needs a DX-9 , what is that mean?

@TheMralejo19 it means u need a new video card that is DX9 compatible or you need to install dx9

-giveall ALOT of all recources including recruits and money

-buildall insta build

-winall u win any campain mission including secondary

@3SRBIJACCCC make sure youre citizens are employed and getting their needs met then build a prefecture as well. I dont use cheats so i dont know how to do them.
