Guys that do LP's (Lets Plays, basically a run-through of video games.) NintendoCaprisun, and Chuggaaconroy have been taken down due to false DMCA claims, which are close in to relation to copyright. And the problem is Youtube cant do shit about it cause of a few reasons;

1. They dont give a shit because the guys targeted are not partners.

2. The guy thats doing this can just make another video.

3. Youtube uses machines over actual people to look at flagged videos.

Viacom deleted my videos of The Beatles Rock Band. I accepted that since MTV Games was involved which is owned by Viacom and I know how protective people can be for music from The Beatles.

But other claims they pulled on me were for videos about games they have nothing to do with. It's my own gameplay. God of War 3, Dantes Inferno, now Heavy Rain. Those videos were not removed, however, they still claimed ownership. It must be nice to have all that money to toss around and claim random videos.
