Oh yeah dude I got a strategy go do all the levels up to 5 then if you dont pass that toad bit then go complete the optional first level again and then when you go back to the 5th level you should be back at the start :) Then you can think of what to do next :)

May I give some helpful advice?

The Fireballs are going to be helpful. Because they bounce of any thing that you can stand or they turn to smoke if they hit a wall. If you're not sure if the ground is solid or not and you have the fire flower, just use the fireball to help you find out if there is something there or not. Oh and one more thing. Level 1-5 jump before you get to the fourth toad and jump. And have a Good let's Play!
