@JosephSamuels Well I guess you shouldn't be playin xbox in college :P But sorry man, I'd say your college has a much more advanced system and most likely requires a lot of authorisation for any settings to be changed. Maybe if ya look around ya might find a way to hack it. Sorry can't be more of assistance.

Also the PPPoE settings in the xbox sometimes fix problems.

The settings for PPPoE are in network settings in xbox 360. The default details are:

Username: eircom

Password: broadband1

also go on to wirless and select enable nat network and scroll through the list to x box 360 and click then save changes hope that helps aswell
