Having said all of that, It was a good sparring session and was pretty exciting to watch. Both sides did well, and if it's true that Adam had only been practising in Muay Thai for two and a half months then the lad deserves some credit, he was brave to go for the interclub so early and he put up a good fight. Like I said, I wish I could have filmed the fight in it's entirety, but I was actually just filming short video clips on a digital camera that also captures video. Well done to both sides.
...superior to Adam's. Also, the knockdown was a defining moment in the fight, and Adam did not come back with anything good enough to particularly challenge some of Tom's more dominant strikes.
My goodness this was a long time ago. Well yeah I appreciate all of your comments. Although, I have to say that it was the general opinion at the time that the red-shirted fighter would have come out on top had it been scored. Of course, your opinions can only be based on this video, which is only a few clips from the fight, and shows a well balanced sparring session. However, I can assure you that had the full fight been properly filmed, your opinion would most likely change.
I think you need to check your own English before you start picking faults with others. Just for the record it was a good match and there was no need for that comment at the end.
@funk141 I think the comment at the end was just to try to bring everything together. Nobody commenting here has seen the full fight, and the short video clips that I filmed were combined with a few still shots that I took. This is why, as well as having the video clips, I felt I had to explain what was going on in the fight and include a couple of my still shots. Had the full sparring session been captured on video, you may understand more, as tom's movement and stance throughout was far....
@Danzooo15, my comment was aimed 'gunnyhunny' who was bang out of order. Aplogies for the misunderstanding. I've just started my own Thai club in Loughborough - keep up the good work buddy
