Nah, Nintendo is catering too much to the casual gamers and kids these days, making ridiculously easy games like Super Mario Galaxy. Definitely about time they revive hardcore favorites like Earthbound. I miss the secrets like all the crap you went through for the Biggoron's Sword in Ocarina of Time. Nintendo's games these days have too obvious answers to puzzles, they're usually "press a switch" and at hardest "find secret switch behind blatantly fake looking object".

Is it just me, or is it only Nintendo that can properly scare you with a boss?

I mean, in games like Resident Evil and titles like that, you don't expect to be creeped out. But in some games which aren't scary, or aren't expected to be scary, there's something scary that happens. E.G., Zero Two. It's...just...creepy. Yet it's from a game that never scares you at all. Same with Giygas - exept EarthBound IS scary throughout the game.

Zero is basically a fallen angel, he cant feel or sense anything except pain, tourture and death. he cries blood to express his pain. he wanted to destroy the happiness of dreamworld but kirby killed him. then he rose from the dead in his new form (zero-two) he still feels pain and crys blood but only has one purpose in life. That is to kill and to make life painful.
