Yes,,,the kitchen can be frustrating and can be a lot of fun...it depends a lot of the crew you have around you and how your reactions to the eventualities that some times pop up in the kitchen...but the truth is that you need that in born passion to be in the kitchen for the rest of your working life...if you don't have that...GET THE HELL OUT OF THE KITCHEN...ha ha ha.
