Grandmasters, such as yourself, deserve better chess sets than that :). They need those beautiful sets from the former USSR called 'Grandmaster chess sets' for you to use. Another Great Game Thank You :).
@LLucasViana You can find out a lot about me on any of my sites (all dotcom) chessqueen, kosteniuk, chessblog, chesspics, chessmovies, tubechess, chesskillertips, and on the social sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), all with the nick "chessqueen". I have been married since 2002 and now have a 4-year old daughter.
Hi Mrs Kosteniuk! Greetings from Saint Lucia. I have seen every video you have annotated on youtube, and I love your annotations, you're brilliant! I have a DVD of yours, called "Kosteniuk World Chess Championship". That video was simply outstanding, I would like to thank you for your DVD's and videos which you put out to us. On 2:26, instead of Be7, black could have tried something like Ne7 intending Ng6 then Be7, Rd8 Nb7, h5 etc? Would that have been tenable? Btw, I'm 14 and I play the Berlin!
In 8:46 after ..Rc7 the reply should have been .Qd6 as it threats the Rook and the pawn. And in 9:04, ..Rc5 the reply should be .QxR.. you can see it at first glance.
I am sure, you are a really great chess player and pretty woman, you are an inspiration is possible to be pretty and intelligent. in spanish: eres una gran jugadora, eres campeona por tu esfuerzo y amor por el juego ademas de tu perseverancia, ojala retengas el titulo por muchos años.
thanks! It's not easy to crack the berlin wall. It always draws for me (except when I REALLY try to win... Becoz then I always push to hard and loose lol)
I think she is doing great job and i like her annotation but you know i am chess player and very rarely a chess player will show you games that he lost. It would be nice if she annotates one of her lost games
Congratulations Alex for winning the chess960 world rapid championship in womens division. ---Alexandra Kosteniuk won the 2nd FiNet Chess960 Women's Rapid World Championship, beating Ukrainian GM Kateryna Lahno in the final of this shuffle chess variant---
3:55 "So we see that both PAWNS have about 2 and a half minutes!" :)

@Brundo031 Stumbling over the word "opponents" means I guess that we are both just pawns in the game ;-)

@Ronbo710 True, it is much more agreeable to play with nice chess sets! I'm not sure I play better with them, but that's definitely possible! :-)

@Ronbo710 The "vanity" chess sets aren't good for speed chess.

at 3:47, why not Bf6, which you give you a better advantage. But great video.

Interesting variant chosen for black, considered one of the best, but with little iniciative. Great game.

Excellent video, nicely done!

Nice video with only criticism being that watching the game from a live board is more difficult than from an electronic diagram.

If I was a high ranking chess player and my first name was Zoltan, I would totally wear a superhero suit with a "Z" on it to every match! lol
