Interesting point about Star Trek. In the prequel series 'Enterprise', they found a planet with people who had been marooned for years and lived underground. Dr FLox discovered that one had lung cancer from the polution on the planets surface. He said he would take her back to the ship to treat her. Capt Archer asked how long it would take to heal her - "about two hours" replied Dr Flox.

ASH will want to know why they missed this conference of "progressive thought" and "blue skies thinking".
And why TICAC got that funding rather than them.... They can always smell the cash.
