So why can't we get high again? No one dies from fucking weed. Thousands die from alcohol yearly. Depending on the crime committed he/she is charged accordingly. That is in England where I live. If your American it may be different. It can really get to me some times when people trivilise alcohol. Maybe I won't see next year. There seems serious reasons why I won't make it. At the time of written this I have half a bottal of rum down my neck. I don't know if the other half will go down before morning. But maybe it will. I realise after years of drinking there are loads of alternatives. But a drink seems the easiest for me. I realise I miss out on a great deal, but seem unable to change. I wish someone could help me.

But rally it is simila here where if it can be proved a person is not guilty for his/her action due to him/her have no brain then for a minor offence he/she may be fined or placed on probation.What would the Dutch court say/do if an airline pilot colapsed at the controls through far too much alcohol and killed 500 passengers?Obviously the pilot was not awake at the time-but should have been.Though not responsible he was still responsible.He drank when he should not have.

Depending on the crime committed he/she is charged accordingly. That is in England where I live. If your American it may be different. Of couse for petty crime you may walk away from the court with just a fine, but it is still a conviction wheather you were drunk or not. But for serious crime such as ..............

If the Jury accepts the plea the conviction may be reduced from murder to manslaughter. Nether-the-less a conviction for man-slaughter is still a conviction. But if you planned or thought of killing some-one and then drank and killed the person whilst drunk. That would not qualify as "Diminished Responsibility"It's still Murder! Thats "English Law".......

Two days ago I woke up at the emergency center due to alcohol poisoning. It was my first experience with strong alcohol(40%+) and I regret my act. Even now I still feel a bit dizzy and also feeling tired.
