I can see most of these. Some of them would have to do hair color changes, and several would have to really bulk up! I would change Micah to Kyle Schmid tho.. He's still too tall for Micah, but I think the look is better. In another video someone used actor Lance Armstrong for Edward and I think that fit very well. I think Gary Dourdan would be excellent as Jamil... a bit more rugged looking. But in all, great choices!

Everyone does realize this a made for tv movie, granted it is an IFC funded film, so it won't be low budget. However it will not have the funds to sustain the actors everyone keeps thinking of. Anita is young when her character starts out everyone is suggesting older unlikely to be chosen women. I just hope they don't screw up the main casting of anita, richard, and jean-claude. That is the bread and butter of this film. Thank God the IFC channel is not a PG based station.

Its not weird or scary. She went with the the most generic hack choice in choosing Dakota Fanning; the BIG "IT" child star of the decade. Seeing as its going to be a made for TV movie on a basic cable station it's extremely unrealistic considering budgetary restraints. Annnnd isn't she about 15-16 years old by now? Nikolaos was described as child like (ie: Kirsten Dunst in Interview). Goofy awkward teenage puberty would not fit well into a 1000+ year old ageless master vampire.

With the exception of her colored eyes, she fits pretty well. ANITA;5'3 AMY 5'3 Both have curves, dark hair (yeah its not curly but for all we know she straightens her hair, either way, its can be curled) and pale skin, which Anita complains about all through the series. Amy, like Anita looks like a "good girl" small, and "dainty" but neither one are. She reminds me alot of LKH and to me, the look alike. I think LKH modeled Anita's looks after her own.

I'm happy and sad at the same time that the series is getting very popular and they are now making the movies. Thats cool she'll probably get a lot more fans but i still selfishly wish that I was sorta the only one reading these books that I knew of lol. At least I have the original books and their covers when it first came out and it looked sorta cartoonish on the front of them and I forgot it when I was 9 b/c I thought it was a kids book for me. Little did my mom know what I was reading lol.

I can see most of these. Some of them would have to do hair color changes, and several would have to really bulk up! I would change Micah to Kyle Schmid tho.. He's still too tall for Micah, but I think the look is better. In another video someone used actor Lance Armstrong for Edward and I think that fit very well. I think Gary Dourdan would be excellent as Jamil... a bit more rugged looking. But in all, great choices!

Everyone does realize this a made for tv movie, granted it is an IFC funded film, so it won't be low budget. However it will not have the funds to sustain the actors everyone keeps thinking of. Anita is young when her character starts out everyone is suggesting older unlikely to be chosen women. I just hope they don't screw up the main casting of anita, richard, and jean-claude. That is the bread and butter of this film. Thank God the IFC channel is not a PG based station.

Its not weird or scary. She went with the the most generic hack choice in choosing Dakota Fanning; the BIG "IT" child star of the decade. Seeing as its going to be a made for TV movie on a basic cable station it's extremely unrealistic considering budgetary restraints. Annnnd isn't she about 15-16 years old by now? Nikolaos was described as child like (ie: Kirsten Dunst in Interview). Goofy awkward teenage puberty would not fit well into a 1000+ year old ageless master vampire.

With the exception of her colored eyes, she fits pretty well. ANITA;5'3 AMY 5'3 Both have curves, dark hair (yeah its not curly but for all we know she straightens her hair, either way, its can be curled) and pale skin, which Anita complains about all through the series. Amy, like Anita looks like a "good girl" small, and "dainty" but neither one are. She reminds me alot of LKH and to me, the look alike. I think LKH modeled Anita's looks after her own.

You obviously weren't paying attention while you were reading. Even though Anita is part hispanic, she does not look it. She is VERY pale and had problems with her family growing up because of it. She does have dark eyes and curly dark hair, though.

Mr. Oliver was a throw-away villain, introduced and killed within a single novel. I was actually pretty disappointed at Hamilton's handling of Oliver; for such a powerful individual he sure was killed off pretty easily.
