This was a special day for me. For the first time in 3 years, I was home for Thanksgiving. I had just returned from a 6 month deployment (Navy). As was our tradition, we spent Thanksgiving a my grandmother's. It felt good being there again. Sadly, she died in May 1997. But I'll always treasure the memories.
