The earpieces! They were given to about 40 of us and they were for the director to talk to us. He was in a truck with all the monitors to the 18 different cameras, and he would let us know which people to go for!!

So, all the singing we're hearing in the actual commercial was prerecorded in a recording studio by professionals? And all the returning passengers shown being surprised were actually professional actors? And there were cameras and lights all over the place so it would have been clear to anyone that a commercial shoot was in progress? And, the ad agency is carefully managing the comments here (so this post will soon be deleted)?

Just out of curiosity, how many times was that sequence shot? i couldn't help but notice that some of the scenes are different than the ones in the final version of the ad. I'm guessing you guys filmed like 2-3 times and then picked the best parts of each to publish in the final version. Just wanted to hear it from someone who was in there. Once again you did an awesome job.
