Hi, thanks for this vid. I love the tulips! :-) How do you spell Lurica? Is it in most Chemists? And what is it? I have C.F.S. and fybro and found I could do more when I moved to a warm climate from a cold one, but doing more gives me more pain! So I will try vitamin D, thanks very much for idea! I have read that too, about vitamin D connects to muscle pain, but I hadn't heard of anyone trying it who had C.F,S/Fybro....I really enjoyed seeing you sitting there in your lovely garden!:-)

what did they do for you for the ebv viruse? I have been sick for almost a year out I have low vitamin d levels, tested positive for ebv reactivated. I am so glade to hear you are doing better. You make me feel like their is a light at the end of my tunnel I am in.

I'm SOO SOOO glad you're feeling like yourself again. That's such a praise report! I found out I had really low vitamin D levels and I was taking 10,000 units a day. I'm off it now but I'm sure it would hurt to keep up at least 5,000 cuz I'm still tired. Sleep is difficult cuz my baby still goes to bed late despite tireless efforts for an earlier schedule...well anyways Tracy, I'm so glad you're feeling better :)

Thanks for sharing your story! I now want to get tested for Ebstein virus.. I just recently was diagnosed with Fibro..I find it very difficult to work full-time and try (and i say try) to manage my household with 2 teenagers. I'm on neurontin 100mg 3xday, which is not enough yet,,. I need health insurance so hopefully this summer will get some insurance ( I was let go by my work) a godsent in disquise..Thanks again!

@tiredofbeingsick Please let me know how your test comes back, I am curious to see how many people really are having the Ebstien Barr Virus as a catalist to Fiber M. I pray that the finances come it that you need to pay all of your medical bills. The good thing with that is that you can just pay a little every month, as long as you are paying something every month, you are okay.
