I've had mine pierced for 7 months now and it's fully healed :) it didn't hurt when I got it.. But hurts afterwards. It gets difficult to sleep, becuz I got both ears pierced with cartilage.

@283Jazzy1 Guns are going to push the skin around your ear back, which will create a lump that can never go away unless removed with surgery (sometimes the lump will grow back, sometimes smaller, sometimes larger). Getting it done with a needle will not because the needle will cut through and take a piece of your skin out. Like a cookie cutter. Both will cause as much pain (not much) but unless you don't mind an unremovable lump by you ear, do it with the needle.

I got mine done when I was eleven. For those It who think it hurts, it doesn't. Its super cute, super fun and all your friends will love it and who ever wont have it will be jealous.
