I know you are well intended, but please do not let them deceive you. I spent 11+ years as a substitute teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District. I was on the preferred list of the Brentwood Science Magnet in Los Angeles a number of times. You see parents these days hate taking responsibility for their childs bad behavior. And, schools districts are so afraid of law suites from bad parents they almost always cave. So, when kids act up in the classroom the district begins the

I was diagnosed with the Bi-Polar disorder a few years ago. This diagnosis has been verified by several experienced psychiatrists. Ive personally experienced the manic episodes they claim this kid is suffering from, and I can tell you from personal experience what we witnessed on the video was no manic episode.

You know what kills me is the bleeding heart liberals out there who keep telling me the minute I ask them what would they do to discipline this kid how would they handle him they keep telling me about all the hardened criminals in prison because they were abused as children. They insist something must be wrong with the kids brain or he wouldnt have done this. I keep asking them what about the rights of the 5 women the kid hospitalized? What about the rights of the victims?

I cant tell you how many times I have sent a kid to the office only to have some useless administrator counsel the kid and send him/her right back to the classroom with no penalty. Not even a time out during recess. What about the rights of the 18 or so kids in the classroom who are in danger because of these so-called Emotionally Disturbed, kids.

If the 5 priors were considered juvenile, they may have been inadmissible in a court of law.

These laws are established to protect minors and frankly the mistakes of youth that I'm sure even folks like O'Reilly could have made.

At any rate, get this kid OUT of the school system, into detention (juvenile or adult), and into serious counseling.

O'Reilly's schtick seems to be shortcutting the rule of law over moral outrage.

You mentioned you home school your kid(s). Isnt one of the reasons you do so because the system keeps letting kids like this assault whoever he wants and get away with it? Arent one of the reasons you home school because kids like this can go after your own kids and the system wont do anything to protect your kids?
