i know you remember that i told you i just finished up a 7 day vacation Duke. well, today was my first day back to the grind. it sucked something terrible. it sucked with a capital S. when i got home for the day i was looking for something to bring me back down because i was a tad agitated at the least.

your video did it for me, i just paid real good attention and came right down.
