  • @sicky1226 lol same song brought me here too. it's the first video i went to after seeing the skateboard video for it.

  • I love your montage... and adore this rendition by Dusty!!!

Both contain great food for thought and digestion... and Dusty always sings her chosen songs to perfection!! : )

  • This song is hauntingly spooky and icky. I remember listening to this song by Dusty on my mp3 player while crammed on a crowded subway train and heavily medicated on anti-psychotics. It gave me the worst panic attack of my life. Just hearing it makes reminds me that the terror just leads to a tunnel to a tunnel of its own and the horror never ever ends. I think I'm gonna kill myself

  • @jilhal24 Grow up you fucking whack job

  • @Oldfaithfullyours she said she's on medication bro! the fact that she found her way out of the tunnel and ended up here tells a bright story, nevermind what she says...

  • I've listened to at least 10 versions of this song by different singers. Yes you are right justmuscandme!

  • BIG L

  • Simply wonderful - like the rest of the Memphis album.

  • Dusty Springfield. The depth and breadth of her voice; lovely, enchanting, moving, telling, touching. Never to be repeated. Epic.

  • Beyond the movies, this is a piece of art, and Dusty is unique in her performance. I'm a spanish speaker, but I love her english pronunciation and accent. Regards to all lovers of finest music.

  • please we need a dubstep remix

  • Nice job, thanks for posting. Perfect song for the movie "The Thomas Crown Affair" (Steve McQueen).

  • @rvisual was it Dusty that sang in the backgtound in the movie

  • Great. The style makes the song even more like 'circular'! =)

  • Great to hear this version which is the best I have ever heard, love the buildup and love the emotion in her voice. Listened to this endlessly on my parents 45 as I was growing up so a real blast from the past, thanks for posting

  • ...and thank you for such a beautiful video, Prim... and for posting this masterpiece :)

  • It was the times, it was the song lyrics, it was the jazzy combo, it was the verse-to-verse buildup, but it was mostly the melancholic voice of a great singer, Dusty Springfield. Sometimes, music brings all these elements together!

  • Splendid music movie!!!! Very nice video too!!!! Perla.

  • Dusty's my favourite singer. WoyM is one of my favourite songs. But I only discovered she had covered it a year ago. When I heard it..my eyes welled up. I couldn't believe how stunning it was.

  • Wow love it...it has been years since I have heard that song. Those windmills are amazing:) TY for sharing.. I must go buy a small windmill to put in our yard! A hand held one like I had when I was younger!!

  • LOL hand-held windmill..LOL I always had them too.....ah the 60's !!!! Dusty had an amazing voice !!!

  • ah the 60's Jimminey Crickets?! I like the windmills in Northern California too.:) I will settle for the hand held windmill for now:)

  • Ahh..could certainly use a windmill here in SW Florida...Big change from cold Philadelphia all those years I endured..Remember "clackers"..Rockem-Sockem Robots??And I can't forget Gi Joes..I never liked Barbie LOL

  • Barbie who? lol ya I remember the GI Joes... clackers....those balls that were hard plastic. Yep, how about hula hoops? Those 4 or five cubes you had to get the colors right. Hey, those submarines in the cereal boxes. Woody wood pecker. Small records by the Osmonds and Jackson Five. The records can be cut off the box and played on a stereo....Wow, you got me going!! Happy early birthday:)

  • OMG..you cracked me up with your comment..Do you remember "Thimble City"..a magnet city on a board...that was fun, too..they banned clackers, cause they caused eye injuries, and we were all mad cause we couldn't get them anymore..cause of one kid probably that had a parent back then BEFORE all the lawsuit parents? LOL

  • Wow, I am hurt. I never had a Thimble City. I only had a clacker. I wanted a Easy Bake oven too. My cousin got one. WAAAAA Hey, how about light brites? Brights? I used to be bad at Monopoly. If someone went to the bathroom, I raided the bank. LOL Hey, I was just a kid:)

  • Oh...geez....my sister had to always have a new Easy Bake Oven every Xmas...one night she made "strawberry cookies..I was her taste testing guinea pig..and ended up puking all night...LOL ... Why she needed to practice on that I will never know ..cause she doesn't cook NOW,,,.LOL

... Lite Brite nah.. I was such a tomboy that I would burn my sister's dollhouses down..my brother & I hated "doll" toys LOL..Now at 50 I am a "girly girl" LOL I drove my parents crazy.may they RIP....

  • Hey, I bought an Easy Bake oven for our son (ME) Sorry you puked all night long:( Hey, I was t tomboy too. I used to skateboard, and have a pair of those skates you needed a key to adjust the size. Oh ya, I have my wooden softball bat too! That is funny that your sister doesn't cook. Hey, one less chore! Easy Bake Ovens are overated. Just use the real oven. lol Put the kids to fun work.

  • what is the name of the painting 10 seconds in? I dig it. the whole video is nice :)

  • Big L sampled her voice in "furious anger"

  • 1:02 IT STARTS THA SAMPLE

  • I like how this song starts slow then picks up then speeds up at the end, classic song structure.

  • simply the best version. Dusty was the ultimate diva! and i only think we appriciate now that she is no longer with us...

  • Thank You~~

  • Good job. Very enjoyable. Thank you.

  • Reminds me of Don Quixote and his windmills. Love your video and the song is so gentle and sweet.
