I've seen him do the snap roll on take off many times at Oshkosh, but once he came out nose high and on the edge of a stall. He was a good enough pilot to correct and go on to perform a perfect show. They were both some of the best that have ever been!

Incredibly dangerous. A buddy has done also with a CAP 21 and still alive fortunately.
