The official answer is actually something on the lines of no/yes. It is possible, but it's extremely hard to determine if anyone has received HIV from solely oral sex since people have other types of sex, too. Many studies put it at zero, but I've seen it as low as 0.005 for the person receiving and 0.01 for the one giving. But have you know - I spoke to a British doctor several months ago. He has done HIV studies for decades, and given over 2,700 HIV tests. No cases have ever arisen from oral.

Just to reinforce what is said above there is a risk of sickness, disease and HIV. In fact, there is a risk of HIV documented in research for receptive oral sex. This risk is estimated at 1:1000. So the risk for giving oral sex to a man is similar to having vaginal sex with a man. USE A CONDOM.
