I've had the pleasure of meeting dean when he played in the minors for Albany during the lockout season. He is not just the talk, he truly is an awesome guy.
Grew up in Grande Cache as well, it is good to see Dean still doing what he is doing. Was in the same class as my sister. To bad to see all the hits he is taking....literally.
Poor McAmmond. He had such a great night last night (Game 3, Ducks) and then stupid Pronger knocked him out. They're BOTH missing game 4 now. Go Ottawa.

He is right, hockey is secondary and there is something more important that you can take with you.
