What actually is the reason that there simply are no demos for this? Everyone awaits those demos. It took 1 month for most demos to be released. And I thought "FINALLY IM GONNA SEE THEM" but noo... ofcourse THOSE are missing. It's a shame. And I don't get it..

Quake Live will never take off when they use such ugly picmip / texture settings, its a complete turn off to new players.

damn i wish these matches were available as .dm73 demos. i appreciate the effort that has gone into making these VODs but personally I would rather view them as demos using my own view settings... ie: standard picmip etc..

The video stream recordings from the event are probably a wash at this point. Going to end up needing to convert demos to video and then use the audio from the feed over top in order to get decent VOD with commentary.
