Regarding the form tracking option, you can measure complete form interaction (what fields are used) using the Analytics Engine script from Analytics Pros.  There are other scripts too, or use manually tagged Event Tracking as Nick suggests... however tagging every field on every form of your site is a rather daunting task. The script automates that entirely.

I am not satisfied with the answers for Navigation summary. Firstly, Exit percentage that we see in navigation combines exit + bounce. It reflects total number of exits from that page. This number canot be compared with exit% in content report.

Secondly, % of next pages viewed in navigation summary are 50-60% less than before in all profiles I have seen.

If Nick does get round to creating that magical API technique for Tracking SEO pages (rising and falling). feel free to put the link here. Although I'm curious as to which dimensions or combinations would accurately reflect this.
