African government's must own their natural resources. That is the only way to prevent war, because all wars in Africa are wars for industrial resources.

There are simply politicians fighting over who can be the sellout, and preside over giving away the people's recources.

There has to be a continental protocol that ensures that governments are paid the full price of natural resources, so the money is available to build economic sectors outside of mining, such as agriculture, manufacturing and infrastructure.
