天哪！我小時候也看過被高壓電電到不省人事送急診的人！

真的看到被高壓電電到的人，沒絕對把握的話，我覺得打電話給11­9及台電，叫台電先把當地區的電斷掉才是上策！

當然我不是對電很了解的人，我想半天，只想得出打給台電及119­，叫台電斷該社區的電再幫的辦法是比較妥當的。

有人有更好的方法嗎？
