Nice work on the mods! I have both a DRX-1 and a Simmons SDS-8. The Simmons is a little buggy and I don't think it's working as it should. The sounds are not nearly as round and punchy as the ones I'm getting from the DRX.
Can't say I really miss all the pots since programming on the DRX is so damned simple. It doesn't look nearly as cool though.
I haven't played with the "line in" jack yet. Does it process sound through one of the drum channels? What's it for?
interesting, might have to do with the continent. over here (germany/europe). when you order log-pots from any shop the ones with B printed on it are logarythmic type (for audio) and the ones with an A (or sometimes LIN printed) are linear.
well i dont think you need a manual, it's all printed on the front. select one of the 5 pads, select the parameter and then change it with the plus/minus buttons.

You have an error on your website, about the potentiometers, you say "a" is linear, but "a" stands for audio taper which is "log"

Was going to buy a vermona drm-1 but this is better, and cheaper. Ill hide the drx behind a modular panel.
