  • look at 0:27 - he had so much respect from those listening!

  • PEOPLE LOVE DOWNING OUR MEN AND TRYING TO CAUSE DIVISION BETWEEN BLACK MEN AND WOMEN!! BUT I SAY MIDDLE FINGER TO THE HATERS KEEP YOUR TRICKS AND BS COMMENTS TO YOURSELF I KNOW WHEN THE DEVIL IS WORKING!

  • I'll say this shit again for the last fuckin time... I LOVE MY BLACK MEN!!! THAT IS ALL!!

  • Wow, this is powerful, and needed today! The man needs to take his place and protect, as the woman needs to be vulnerable enough to let him protect.

  • Malcolm X understood the unique issues that black people face and would face to this day. His message to protect black women is still relevant. It is crying out from the grave after all these years. I'm not Muslim but I'm a black woman and embarassed for the brothers today who don't get what he's saying.

  • I love my BLACK MEN... that is all!!

  • @WIZINITY27 Too bad they don't love you.

Malcolm X was a rare breed, even for his time. I can understand it on some level, being on the bottom, being conquered men as black men were and still are, it's easier to uphold the ones that are already at the top. Black men are not alone in this although we see it more with black males. Hispanic males at least marry "their" women, same with other minority males. Which brings me back to them not loving you, they don't even love themselves.

  • SALUTE!

  • To bad its not 1960 something cause those thoughts are gone for us sistas.

  • I love and respect Malcolm for getting this deep. Strange how several decades later- bw are in worse state. Bm just don't care about the black community in general. The whitest pussy is all that concerns them. Smh

  • @impatientwithdesire 2 thumbs up

  • Why do black men use white man's sexist standards to rate black women but then go on to say the wm keeps them down? You live by his rules you dumb fucks! We wasn't too aggressive before slavery were we??

  • Preach Malcolm Preach - i will love you always RIP

  • that was one beautiful man! named my son after him. brilliant!

  • Funny to see this clip. Because so many Black women get with men who disrespect them, then they cry to the world why they get treated like shit.

  • @Superseadragon

    AMEN!!!!!!!!

  • @Arthro92

It is AR-amen that mean the sun god of life -not AMEN

  • Woww it's like he's speaking into the future the same exact problems he speaks of are still on today.

  • funny these welfare queens won't die for BM but die for welfare check.yeah BM get your 6 digit incarceration# for not complying with paternity support let

X & farraCON feminize your ass, let maury povich glorify social services

that benefit only the bw when she drag 9 fools on & none are the father.will malcolm help you lay bricks around your cardboard home when you homeless? Why the BW never tell you,"I WILL DIE FOR YOU BLACKMAN"? Betta watch malcolm handsigns to his master as he speak! (0:29

  • I like how he says essentially, "lets be like the white guys" lol. It is a damn shame though, in all honesty that the culture of respect was quickly lost and now all we have is a culture of decadence and disrespect.

  • @smoth7 He is not saying "be white" in the slightest as if being respectful or protective was ever a "White thing" to begin with. What he is saying is that we need to deprogram our thinking into how ought to respect to get back to showing our women the same love and respect that we had for them before slavery occurred. But these days feminism has created a generation of women who no longer need protecting, but saving from themselves. The have forgotten how to be women and men vice versa.

  • @smoth7 We do live in a culture of respect...it is those who are lost that are disrespectful to themselves and others

  • Times have changed the black woman has a better place in Amerikkka, than the black man, they have the government on their side nowadays.

  • no matter how many times you view this, it will still be relevant and felt.

  • i've given up. it's over for us...i'm leaving the country and not looking back.

  • This 1:00 minute video gave me CHILLS. Its so strange to hear a black man talk like that. That is why our race is at the bottom of the barrel now. Because the black man was enslaved by white men, he can no longer see value in his women and children. Most want to marry other races of women and assimilate into their race, becoming White (preferrably) or Latino men. Malcolm wanted his OWN kingdom and would not accept being a slave in another man's kingdom....we need you back king malcolm.

  • @girlfromthenc Don't be dumb. Everyone blames the fact that people had blacks as slaves, fact is blacks weren't the first race to be slaves so how about you get over it? Do your home work and grow the hell up. It gives me the chills to know that people as dumb as you get chills from this. LOL stupid.

  • @girlfromthenc Most black men want to marry other races? No, most black men are opened minded and know that love comes in any race. A lot of black women don't see that. This video was appropriate for this time. Now that feminism has granted female privileged over men, this video is out of date and no longer relevant in today's society.

  • @Mikelovision No my brother. LUST comes in any race. You're not open minded you're mind controlled. But there are still countless beautiful strong brothers who are committed. So maybe there is hope for you.

  • @nessa4yisrael You're correct. Lust does come in any race, so does love. You don't understand that lust comes before love in ANY relations between two people. I'm far from mind controlled, my brother. Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean they are "mind controlled." You're just another Afrocentric with an inferiority complex. If hope was the titantic, you're would be the iceberg that sinks it.

  • BROTHER MALCOM SAID IT ALL! SHORT AND SWEET! THE HIS KEYWORD STATED WAS PROTECTION!

  • Nah Muhammad tells you to beat your women if they dont listen to you for 3 times.

Surah 4:34, look it up... before you bitch

  • @dadecountyhustler305

You are wrong in two aspects.

1: The Qur'an is NOT the word of Prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings of G-d be upon him). It is the

    word of G-d.

2: You can't look at the translation of a word and assume it is correct. Look at the Arabic, the original

language the Qur'an was revealed in. The word in the context it's in does NOT mean to beat the woman.

It means if your spouse is in the wrong you should distance yourself from them.

  • @eshababy1988

The word has multiple meanings. If taken in the wrong context it can sound crazy!

But why would G-d say men and women were created equal then turn around and say a man can beat

his woman? Really? Just think about it.

  • I love Black Men...there's nothing in this world that's any better <3 Can't wait to find my One.

  • I love my woman her X tried to tell me she was crazy but found out she just needed a real brotha lke myself been married 6 years and she is the shyt. we are partners. we understand eachothers blackness. real black love. sistas leave these bitch ass niggas alone. black love is good when its done right. these men today are just nasty. i love blk women,so unique

  • @jumpingonglass Dam,thats real talk,sent chills through my body.Our women are beautiful,god bless!!!!

  • @mrgentlemen4u my girl is like a india arie maaaaaaan she deep.....she told me things bout myself i didnt know. she play good morning by india arie when she cooks breakfast and she sings to me so soulful......I love me a real sista

  • @jumpingonglass Thats whats up fam,im glad you found you a down black women.Theres something special about those afrocentric black women,i love me some jillscott, india arie and angie stone kind of bw myself.

  • A black woman can and will always be protected. You cant protect people who have no parameters....so protection will only go to a small minority.

  • And that's part of what I meant by saying there are not too many black men like him today. If you know how to uplift and talk to us, then maybe we would have your back more (altough I believe we never stopped having your back). And the women who do are the ones who have made poor choices in men and need to take responsibility for their part in that, or women have been disrespected by our men. But no matter what black men say we have never left. Just may be the women you are talking to.

  • CONT: or not appreciating their beauty he didn't say "black women are nothing, they are stupid, etc" he instead reaffirmed their beauty. Men say black women should stop disrespecting themselves, ok so lets have some community effort. What are you doing to reaffirm that black women have worth? The same men who complain are some of the same ones who call us bitches and hoes. Or who puts us down like the rest of society. But I like Malcolm because he actually tried to uplift us

  • I like how Malcolm X knew how to talk to black women and talk about black women. I think some of our men need to realize that they do (like brianbmf said) put masculine lables on us, thus resulting in them talking to us like we are men. You want some black women (because not all black women disrespect themselves like some ignorantly said to me) to respect themselves or change learn how to talk to us. We are women. When Malcom talked about the problem of black women straightning their hair

  • I'm just always confused at people can make statements like 97% of black women.. Lol you haven't met ALL black women. Lol I dint waste my time arguing with people I consider to be supremely intellectually inferior to me. So all of the negative comments about black women that are getting posted on this thread hold have no effect upon me and my image if myself and other black women, nor will they receive an reaction.

  • @vixen3041 And you're right girl! Said my peace though and that's it. I stand by what I said.

  • It's so funny to see all the comments from ppl still bashing black women...it's actually quite sad. Do you all here urselves...did u actually hear and understand what Malcolm X was trying to say?? All of us can do our part in building stronger relationships with one another. It not only takes black women but also black men. So please don't sit here and blame it on the black woman, ask yourself what hve u done to contribute to her attitude or what hve the ppl around her done. Come on ppl wake up!

  • I love and respect them, but they need to love and respect THEMSELVES too.... it seriously hurts me seeing these are the future mothers of our children. long as the sisters are popping the "blue pill" everyday (Matrix) we are ALL azzed out because SHE chooses who gets to reproduce and from what Im seeing they dont want El-Hajj aka Malcolm X... they want "Detroit Red" but Im optimistic because there are sisters waking up and being themselves again, as the Almighty made them 2 be

    peace

  • If you approach 97% of Black Girls these days with some intellectual talk, instead of game, you gonna see the next men leaving with your chick, they don't respect this type of stuff anymore. Walk down the street and ask the average black girl what they think of Malcolm X, and then ask them what they think of Trey Songz or Tyler Perry. who do you think their gonna support. Black women have become the most pharisitcal citizen of the U.S. Very quick to judge any and everything, but never themselves

  • @3825cortland Society/Media puts more value in hollywood, entertainers, reality shows, etc rather than important issues. Honestly thats not even just a black issue. Everywhere you turn you here about a celebrity did this or that...and so on. I bet if you ask other American's about their history or you check their tweets or fbook stats you see a lot of them are not talking about historical figures, you will find some here and there. So thats not just a black woman issue.

  • @3825cortland ...WOW...97%?? That's a daring statistic you put out there....

I must be pretty darn rare then...

  • "I'm makin it plain, YES!!!"

  • It's not easy to lay your life down for a woman that doesn't respect you, a woman that goes in front of the world and puts all your business out, your fighting a losing battle if you try to protect a independent woman.

  • @startec25 Thats why black men are losing...they don't want to get in the drivers seat!

  • I LOVE U MALCOLM

  • this was before when blackwomen were respectable and didnt want thugs now i think malcolm would change his tune

  • Black Feminism blew up in the 70s and it's all been downhill since. lol

  • @eyeonwashparish That's what all the idealistic folk in here are forgetting. This made sense back when it was said. Back when a truckload of our women weren't single moms and glorifying such a lifestyle. lol Different time attitude-wise.

  • @eyeonwashparish Did you ever think about why black women became this way? There was a reason why Malcolm had to say that speech because bm weren't protecting bw then. So bw decided to start doing for themselves and still do for bm too. I mean how long should bw wait for bm to get there ish together? How long should we go unprotected before they start looking for other ways to protect themselves? Please don't act as if we were so protected back then but then we decided we didn't want it anymore

  • Us as bm should do this.

  • WONDERFUL MESSAGE.

  • "We will kill you for our woman". Respect and R.I.P Brother MAN you brought tears to my eyes wallahi.

  • luv malcolm... but he makes (black) women sound like property here...

  • They need to PROTECT THEMSELVES FIRST!

  • what a great man

  • Comment removed

  • @jhkl123456 OMG COULDNT HAVE SAID IT BETTER!!!!!! AND THEY JUST WANT WHITE/MIXED RACE WOMEN.

  • You couldnt have said it better yourself because your a self hating sell out.Why you worried about if BM like white/mixed women if you like crackas anyways?

  • You dont know all of todays BM so you should shut your mouth when it comes to talking about us.If you with your white boy than go ahead and leave BM out of it.And you said BM are feminin?White men are the biggest faggots on the face of the earth! You are simply a self hating dog to talk about your own men like that.I dont know why you comment a malcolm X video,if he was alive today he would spit on you!

  • Too bad there are not many black men like him today.

  • @Cbaby2286

Too bad that most black woman aren't what they were in Malcolm day. They ain't cut from the same cloth.

The let the government tell them to put the man out the house and take Uncle Sam's free housing, and food stamps and let the man, instead of the black man be their provider. Then decided that Black men weren't worth respecting.

Like Dihanne Carrol says in the Movie Claudine, they married the Welfare Man, and took on white women's deceitful feminism: a Trojan horse of false...

  • ...of false empowerment on the outside, with nothing but poison on the inside to introduce into our community.

I joined with a call started by a black female blogger to post about violence against black women in our community. I titled it something like "Protecting Our Women" and a bunch of black "womanist" and lesbians attacked me as condescending and said they don't want our protection.

You can't help somebody that doesn't want your help. Too many Black woman drank the white man's kool aid

  • @BlackPerspectivenet I don't argue over the internet with ignorance, so I will just do a simple reply. Notice I said many black men, not all black men. I didn't generalize which you are doing. You are ignorant to believe all black women are on welfare or taking handouts from the government. I work full time, no kids, college graduate, and give back to my community. I don't no where some of yall live but yall really need to get out of your communities.

  • @BlackPerspectivenet Also, I think it's funny you blame black women for black men not being in the homes. I'm not saying that some black women wouldnt be crazy enough to kick a good man out when he's trying to be there for his family. But I doubt majority single mothers dreamed of raising their kids on their own. Some black men have run out on their families and responsibilities and some may have died leaving the mother to raise their kids on their own.

  • @Cbaby2286 Please, then tell Black Women too stop disrespecting themselves

  • @3825cortland You can read all that I said. But I hope you get out and see the world and see that we dont all think or act the same. And you honestly can't say black women would value listening to Trey Songz over listening to Malcolm X. You talk like a white man. That's like me saying that most black men choose to listen to Gucci Mane, Jay-Z, then listen to Malcolm X. I believe it's a generational issue and it's due to a lack of us educating our youth and others about important black figures.

  • @Cbaby2286 NO HOW ABOUT BLACK WOMEN WOULD MUCH RATHER LISTEN TO TREY SONGZ OR WATCH BAD GIRLS CLUB THEN LISTEN TO MALCOLM X, IF YOU HONESTLY DEBATING THIS, I'M NOT, AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT ALL BLACK GIRLS EITHER, BUT THE MAJORITY COULD GIVE A SQUIRT OF PISS ABOUT MALCOLM X

  • @3825cortland wht bout blk men they kill eachother

  • @Cbaby2286 i doubt most females can't handle a man like him anyways.

  • @Cbaby2286 too bad there are not many good black women left...the majority we got today is bunch of sex crazed, rude, money hungrey, picky women.

  • AMEN BROTHER!!!

  • You tryna be funny Ruby9293? Its because of ignorance that spreads to the 85% like YOU, that we can never change...

    -PeAcE

  • Brother Malcolm is so great and I love how he teaches us to stand by our women.

As brothers we must learn to love our women, protect them and to know that they're a solid rock.

I will never turn against my queens.

  • We must love and protect our women but we must stop putting hard/masculine labels on our women, our women should be known as soft, delicate, kind, loving and nurtures, not solid rock or strong independent.

  • i agree! I can't tell you how much I have this strong desire to have a man who is strong, tough and i charge. But men today are more girly than me..taking hours to get ready, worried about a stain on their jeans..wtf. talk about a turn off in bed. what happend to men like the era of the black panthers?

  • Ther are still some of us men out ther like myself who are not punks like alot of todays men!

  • @brianbmf I agree 100 percent brother,so true.

  • @brianbmf uep and we need to stop calling our black woman bitches, hoes, and all that type of shit.

  • @brianbmf Black women can't help what they've been forced to become. It will take time and unity between black men and women to undo that stigma. Believe me,black women DON'T want to have to be strong all the time. We,I,would love to be soft and delicate when the situation allows. I believe however MOST black women are kind, loving and nurturing. Brother we have been through just as much as you have.

  • @Sharone326 Yea I understand that completly, thats why i made that statement that we as in the men,the leaders need to stop putting these masculine lables on our women, and show them that they can trust us to do what we gotta do so they can be who they are supposed to be.Thats one of the ways we will be able to unite is when black women drop this independent strong woman thing.

  • @brianbmf I agree, because we do need want and love you.We just want you to need want and love us in return. Be safe and blessed brother.

  • @Sharone326 Yes i cant wait to find my beautifl black woman.

  • @brianbmf She's there, take your time. Search your soul, iron out any of your own wrinkles and pray she's doing the same so the two of you can be ready for each other:). Wishing you many blessed days and nights with your Queen.

  • @brianbmf she out there trust me

  • @Sharone326 Yhea its sad,i wish my arms were long enough to wrap around every single black women in this world and hug their pains away.I love my sisters.

  • @mrgentlemen4u I feel the same way about my brothers. We need you in ways we could never explain. We just need to be needed in return. We know how this world attempts to kill your spirit daily,we're fighting the same fight. We have to return to being there to comfort and uplift each other. You seem to be a fine man brother, a King, please don't change.Peace and many blessings to you and yours,

  • @ninestraycats Because the independent woman syndrom has ruined the black community along with other things and if you read the willie lynch letter making the black woman independent of the black man was the slave masters plan.Ther is no equality between the sexes because we are different and no women are not just as strong as men mentaly or physically.

  • Comment removed

  • @ninestraycats I didnt say anything that is sexist at all and i never said women were dumb, weak or worthless and nor did i say her opinion doesnt count niether did I imply that so your a damn clown just talking for no reason.Your the damn oppressor because you agree with the oppressors plan for our women to be independent of us.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @ninestraycats No its not a starting point to sexisim at all, saying that women are not as strong mentaly as men as a whole is scientific because women are more emotional and alot of times that clouds their judgements, its just how women are made, its not a put down.

  • Comment removed

  • @ninestraycats A man being more aggressive does not make him dumber than a woman thats just nature and to say most men are more aggressive than women is correct and scientific and fact.

  • Comment removed

  • @ninestraycats So you are trying to tell me that by nature most men are not more agressive then women?

  • @brianbmf bullshit. i'm kind, loving, nurturing, intelligent, and independent. when you say delicate, that means you perceive us as weak, but i'm not weak. i can fight my own battles.

  • @SuperBlackChic No delicate does not mean weak and when it comes to physicality yes you are weaker.

  • @brianbmf I meant mentally, not physically. It's kind of like the princess who couldn't sleep because she felt the tiny pea under all those mattresses. She is seen as a dainty creature who needs all the help she can get. While independence is occasionally complicating, dependence is authentically and permanently crippling. The woman will be no more self-animated or independent than a hand puppet. A woman who is secure in her abilities and strengths ultimately wins.

  • @SuperBlackChic Women are not mentally stronger either, wher did you get that from?Dependence is not crippling, thats what the slave master taught you, that willie lynch ideology is what said to make the woman independent of the man, thats wher that started.

  • @brianbmf woman is woman, no matter the label. you don't get to discriminate because you're intimidated.

  • @dusttracks A woman cannot intimidate me so i dont know wher you got that from.A masculine woman aint no real woman.

  • @brianbmf masculinity is not intimidation. power comes in many forms.

  • @dusttracks I said a masculine woman is not a real woman and a woman cannot intimidate me at all as you suggested.

  • @brianbmf i suppose you'd put her in check real quick, whatever it took, right?

  • Black men do black woman a diservice many times by not being around and having a family. Black familys and marriage rates are the lowest out of any ethnic group, and without a father around kids become criminals. That single fact is the reason that there are so many black criminals, because there is no family in most of the homes.

  • He would be disappointing with todays culture! I talk to my black friends about the things that X preached and it seems like they do not seem to care. The only thing people are concerned today with is twitter and what new cell phone is coming out!!

  • amen!

  • [shrugs] Perhaps, and perhaps not. You give him too little credit. He was a fascinating thing: a man who was truly capable of personal growth. So many of us think we are, and most of us are truly not.

Who knows where he would have ended up? My guess is, on a higher plane than you or I.

  • It is a real shame that he (Malcolm X) did not live longer. He was a real example of a man who was growing and changing for the better, and race relations might have been a lot better today if he had lived.

I agree with his points re black women 100%.

  • Comment removed

  • This is so powerful!

  • five stars!

  • I agree!

  • Hey Jordan,it's damn shame to see some of our cat fish mouth brothers disrespecting our women, and what's worst is to see some of these lost sistas letting it slide. From TV,movies all the way down to hip hop, they shit on the image of black women 24/7 and this shit needs to stop.

  • Thanks for posting this!!! Nowadays black women do not receive the same treatment in regards to their feelings as other women b/c we've been portrayed as being extremely strong for so long that it seems like a lot of men esp bm forget that we're ultimately just women... I just feel like bm are rougher with bw than other races of women b/c bw are supposed to be able to "handle" or "take" it; well why isn't the ww/hw/aw/etc. supposed to take it; why do they receive gentle treatment?

  • i agree it is the perception that BW represent strength. I think another perception and with some truth to it,alot of BW dont respect or treat themselves properly. I also believe BM are so confused of who they are and their role in the world that they have mislead BW.The problems with BM and BW are for the most part inter-related.I think historically BW have had to be strong to survive and BM historically felt they werent man enuff to be leader of the household.now its hard to role-change.

  • Exactly!!! I agree with you; I think it's past time that we (bw) start taking better care of ourselves (myself included), so that way we can show our kids that being health conscious is a lifestyle; I completely agree with everything you've said; we talk about this in our Women's Bible Study, and it's interesting how bw continue to blame other bw saying that "we need to get it together b/c our men are leaving us"; i don't think it's solely the bw's responsiblity; i know i've tried; it takes 2

  • I agree with your comments to a certain degree. BM are also rough with BW because they have been socialized not to respect themselves, each other nor their women.

  • Not anymore. They just hate, disrespect, and abuse black women.

    {Not all black men.}

  • Not even a majority...

  • Most do...and it breaks my heart. BM are NOW OUR biggest threat and enemy.

  • No,thats not true! Most black men love and protect black women

  • No Jordan, that is not true. Most black men hate and hurt black women. Look at the bm in bmvent....they spend the majority of their time hurting, insulting and being mean to black women. In REAL life (as opposed to this Virtual reality) I am constantly mistreated and snarled at by bm. You are an exception.

  • thats because you see black men as a burden "BlakeBarbieDoll"

  • no dear. I do not. read my comment above. BM have been socialized to hate themselves and anything that they produce. My heart bleeds for black men, it really does. Do not misunderstand where my disgust comes from.

  • @blake i agree girl. watch out for elmalee09 she keeps deleting her accounts and making clones. she's bad news. thanks

  • Most black men do not hate or hurt black women, that is a lie if that was true when black M and W wouldnt marry each other 90% of the time and wouldnt date each other 90% of the time so ther are more BM loving BW then hating them!BMVENT is a minority that will never be a majority!

  • I agree most do not feel this way about black women but it's the fools who are the loudest and willing to recruit others into this thinking

    misery loves company

  • Most BM do love BW,guys like BMV or BM who hate BW are a minority and always will be!

  • He is completely right.

  • salaam alaikum Educate the Young..

  • 30 Stars for this video because this is how I feel as well!!! GREAT POST!!!! I LOVE BLACK WOMEN enough to kill for them. HOLLA!!!

  • speak on it!
