  • hi

  • hello

  • 1. LOL Thumbs up if you've ever wanted to just throw a snowball (or something else...) at an obnoxious opposing fan during a game sometimes (looking at YOU, Red Wings fans...and Raiders fans...and Yankees fans...) XD

    2. AWESOME SAVE BY THE RED GOALIE! Saved it with his teeth, DAMN, why couldn't YOU do that during the 2010 Games, Team Russia! HA! (Sorry, all for international peace...but come game time it's GO TEAM USA and GO ANAHEIM DUCKS!)

    3. All the rough play and THAT'S a penalty? XD

  • wow they needed to put these cartoons on the 2010 olympic hockey team cause the Russians sucked

  • дык они же не русские.

  • Не может такого быть! Все в мире говорят ТОЛЬКО по русски! (Они просто назло нам это не показывают!) :))

  • Вы что мать вашу по Русски разучились писать!?

  • quite entertaining

but do the Russians not realise that when a powerplay goal is scored, that the other team gets a player back?

the red team had a guy in the box, and the blues scored to make it 2-4 - yet the red guy stayed in the box???

  • its a cartoon, it doesnt matter

  • Back in 1964 hockey was different, power plays were different..

  • One of many russian sport-themed cartoons

  • Rofl, equality was promoted in Soviet Russia.

  • There were plenty of black immigrants in Russia, usually for college educations, from countries like Kenya.

  • This cartoon is from 1964. Kenyan immigrants in Russia for an education in 1964?! I think not.

  • Ah, well my sources are mostly my parents, who grew up in Moscow in the 60's, 70's and 80's, but attended Universities in the late 70's/ early 80's. You may be correct.

  • In modern day Russia it would still be hard to be a black Kenyan student. The reason behind that is, due to the rise of nationalism in Russia over the years. I know a teacher who taught for 6 years in Russia (Federation), and claimed that quite a few of the Negro's that did come, had been killed.

  • Yeah, I can see that. I was born and raised for Moscow, but only for 6 years, and even I feel a great sense of Russian Nationalism most of the time, and have witnessed the racism that takes place in Russia these days.

  • One of the major reasons of this nationalism is an extreme anti Russian nationalism from many of our former compatriots and from our western friends. Beside that, it was communists who were spreading ideas of internationalism. There are no communists now. What did you expect?

  • it is the American equivalent of Tom and Jerry. Very entertaining and fun. Thanks for uploading

  • just amazing! i'm proud of my Country!:)

  • @RussiaGurova This is USSR not Russia.

  • AMAZING! I Love this cartoon! And it proves that halftime (or intermission) entertainment is not restricted for football, soccer and basketball games!

  • easy smile on my face...good ol cartoons..no need for linguists..

  • Notice here that after a power play goal is scored the penalized player does not get to leave the penalty box and rejoin the action. He has to sit there for a full two minutes. I watched it a few times before I remembered this is Russian hockey and they have different rules.

  • I think it just was a minor penalty. :) As you know in this case player stay penalized even if the opponent team scores.

Rules about penalties are the same in russian hockey!

  • the figure skating part at the start is just amazing!
