Maika, I love your voice. It's so soothing :) haha I loved TFT from the very second just because of your voice, it's different and a breath of fresh air than other whiny ones today. I'm so proud to have been a fan now for over 3 years and see how you guys have grown as a band and how your music has matured. I hope I can see you all on tour this spring :) It would be an honor.

I was lucky enough to be standing next to him when this took place. Such an amazing guy with a beautiful voice. I'm so glad TFT has joined in supporting such a good cause (Invisible Children). The video turned out wonderfully! I still love that you see him smile and turn his head slightly when the car honks...and before he played "Blu" I said to him how unique this performance was (because he'd only ever played it on piano), that's why he repeated himself haha.
