Do your jaw -mandibular reduction but don't transfer that bone to your cheeks. If you gonna consider cheek augmentation go to a specialist on that. Some doctors want to do lot of things on one surgery and get more money. There are cheek implants custom made using a 3D CT scan so you will see the results in picture before the surgery. My advice is not to do the cheek augmentation until you finish your oral work. Good luck.

@davisito27 yes, i think thats what happened to me.. I noticed the Jaw but not the cheek augmentation and so I do think the doctor only wanted extra money, and that makes me sad because I had really liked him and to bad I got this comment now but thanks anyhow (I had surgery last year)

wow you do not need a cheek implant or anything. you might need to fix the underbite but it kinda gives you a manly jaw lol
