If a table were built for your EGG, you could put a COVER on it. I made a table for my XL EGG as have others. Hope you are enjoying your EGG.

I also have a table for mine, and covering it helps alot. I also stained and coated it with polyurethane. After a year, and even with leaving it uncovered from time to time, it still looks brand new.

After a year I still like it in the nest. The shelves give me the space I need although I upgraded to the new shelves which offer more space. I'll put together a new video now that it's been 18mo.
