@morph995 No it's not just drugs that do that, bipolar disorder does it too, in fact it can be even more dramatic than this. In its most extreme forms, some people run outside naked and hallucinating, or try to fly out of a window, or speak so quickly they're unintelligible, and have to be put in a mental hospital for their own protection. I don't know whether he has it or not but this degree of change in personality and behaviour wouldn't be at all unusual for someone with it.
