Sounds like a win win situation to me. The most of us men are tossed to the side to do our thing while most women waste away themselves to their careers then try to get us now rich men after their expiration date. Well...move on to the bad boys and losers,they'll love to take you in,before they toss you out or make your failed marrage a living unfufilling hell. We're too busy enjoying oh errr I mean suffering in our unmarried lives. Oh the pain of doing everything(and people) when we want alone.
Well...the times are changing. There are more women getting college degrees now. And I'm seeing a new trend: women that are career-minded, sexually liberated, and don't want kids. These women work hard to get ahead. They are hungry for money!

Actually, Serena Williams makes more money than her male counterparts because female tennis players play less set's for the same amount of money. So much for "equality".
there are most definitely very few opportunities to get the chance to work hard at something, to end up earning millions for minimum effort (like tom leykis), and these women that get handed a position are taking spots that more deserving people should get if the employment process was fair, but it's not and never will be.
young girls (18-21) get managerial positions with ease in some places where the owner of the company is a guy... they climb teh work ladder lightning fast if they're good looking. of course these girls in their stupid dumb heads they think they've earned the spot.

Women fear rejection more than men so they are going to less risks. This is why women get paid less,... period.
