As much as I don't like Mariah, I have to say in her defense that she is not a machine. I keep seeing idiots making videos of her, Whitney, Christina, Celine and many others to showcase their high notes and I say who gives a damn. HIgh notes don't make a singer. I find women in the past 20 years don't have smooth voices. This is why I tend to go back to the 40s, 50s and 60s to find the good stuff.
