No set up view of the recess cut. moreover, for exceptional accuracy the c/drill cut angle should be parallel to the ways ..or bored clean with Bore bar. Tail stock error will make the hole eccentric. ...and whats with the guy crowding the chuck?..back up son, don't want to get sucked in!

I feel like this guy should be smoking a bubble pipe and wearing slippers. Or maybe just a necktie. (Lathes and neckties, probably not a good idea.) ;)
