not neccessarily, the bands i know and listen to just talk about war, but still their efferts fail to make that much original content - many death metal bands make covers songs... no creativity in death metal but shear energy is used to explain their point in any song with extreme heavy metal...

Interesting. Though a lot of that tends to blur the lines into Prog, "symphonic", and Neoclassical. BTW, I have that Pagans Mind cd, it's really solid. I have another album from Celesty, and the one I have seems to sound better according to what little I've heard on here.
