For a long time I was in the closet, so I would date women, even though I am not sexually attracted to them. Dating would inevitably lead to sex, even though I could not become erect by the sight of a naked woman. However, after enough foreplay, my body physically became aroused, even though I was not mentally aroused. It wasn't rape though, it was consensual, but like rape, I wasn't aroused.

If a woman forced the man to give her oral sex, and he didn't want to, that would be rape. If a woman inserted something into a man (in a sexual manner), it would be rape. If a woman made the man erect (which can happen against a man's will) and proceeded to have non consensual sex with him, that would be rape.

During puberty boys will get random erections, that are sometimes extremely embarrassing. Unless being humiliated turns you on, that would be a buzz kill right away. So why do they get erections? During puberty boys bodies release hormones that trigger erections, regardless of whether the boy is aroused.
Viagra is for erectile dysfunction, a medical condition.
