This guy is a dumbass, my brother was diagnosed with cold urticaria when he was 8, I was only 3. He almost died one day when he went into hypothermic shock and was rushed into the hospital. People say that cold urticaria is a big deal, it usually isnt, but some of the cases are mutated and can be fatal. He could only drink water that burned his mouth. My mom helped my brother slowly outgrow it. Just saying some people can have allergic reactions to water if it has certain characteristics.
