  • What's the maximum you can lift on leg extensions?

  • very good lavrone

  • hes the pro guys.maybe he does...know what he talking about.

  • Turning the toes in effect moves the whole leg such that the flex at the top targets more of one side of the thigh. Stop trying to correct everything based on what you think you learned in 8th grade anatomy class.

  • Haha u stupid redneck motherf*ker. Go educate urself before writing that shit. I asume u also think u can target the inner pec and the peak of the bicep.. Haha looser

  • Maybe you should try weight lifting and bodybuilding before you try to assume you are an expert at it.

  • why does guys like you exists? - ignorant fools...

he was top10 bb in the WORLD...

do you think you get there just by using steroids and watching tv ?

  • Omg are u guys stupid for real or what? What i wrote is SCIENCE. Thats how the knee joint work. You can't do anything about it. But if u wanna believe some druguser over internet who shoots alot of anabolic, rather then science. Ok fine then.

  • kid,go and read...it is not abaut knee joint but the angle of the foot ...

go google ang type "feet angles on squats"...or something

  • Thats the whole point, You cant change the angle in the knee by changing the angle in the foot. The kneeangle cant move in that direction.

  • what Kevin is doing is good advice...we all know that the abs move as one piece but u can still put more focus on certain sections of the abdominals...same thing goes with toe angles...its called bodybuilding...i think it's best for you to google it or train with a professional so that you have a better understanding about trying to stress a targeted muscle area a little more.

  • you know the knee is a ball joint right?

  • @trass3 Ok here is real SCIENCE for u. The knee is considered to be a hinge joint yes and it does only move in one direction, forwards and backwards. Have you taken in the effect of muscles? This is called origin, inserton, and action. Each muscle works upon the leg differently and at different angles. By turning the foot, it forces the whole leg to pivot differently, thus working on the Ball-and-socket joint of the hip. This makes a different set of muscles to be used in the extension.
