@ATotallyGenericName nope, you see the FSP but it doesnt matter as A: its intended to be co-witnessed with a backup iron sight. B: with an eotech or aimpoint etc you are intended to have 2 eyes open so you're seeing past the FSP anyway.

I want an m4. I want it to have an ris, full metal, but not to heavy. I also want it to be really solid and be able to take a lot of abuse. I also want to take off the front sight and carrying handle to replace it with nice flip up sights. The gearbox should already be filled with great quality stuff. Is this the gun for me?

@Charkzilla20 you should get combat machine gr15 it is a very good gun made of polymer super, super high quality plastic very light it can really take a beating has an ris.

@12retamoza eh not really. i've had both. combat machine is not all that great. if you want an M4 on a budget, get an ICS sportline or a used proline AEG of good brand.

No don't get a KWA. If your just buying your first AEG than you have a high chance of wanting to change or tinker with something. You will eventually screw it up both internally and externally and will dump a hundred

Dollars into it trying to make it good when it already was.

Either buy it and leave it. Or buy a G&G combat machine. They're good guns too.

Of course we may have different playing styles. My area's firefights are generally within 20-80 feet.

@Omanjack hmm lets see, a total of $50 for magpuls that slide off easily or $1 for magpuls that you can customize to your liking, that will NEVER slide off and can act as a carry handle, not to mention fit into mag pouches better. Its not cost, its practicality, anybody knows that, the only reason you would want REAL magpuls is too look like chris costa. you fail

@XxBossmanPROxX yes the battery will fit, and as for the which is better, neither for that use. its just a waste of $400, I would get a G&G combat machine blowback. or you can get an airsoft GI G4. such as the G4A3 those should be more up your alley for backyard games, or even big games, go to my channel to see a video of either of those guns, also the G&G combat machine AK would be very suiting

well the new 2009 version has a 1 piece barrel, go onto kwa's website and they showed all of the changes they made to the new models.

yes, remove the screws @ the base, however the barrel is a 2 piece barrel @ the front sight so you will need a gas-block or flip up sight

@UKairsoft94 yes, all kwa 2gx guns have the same excact lower reciever but with different markings. they are all made with the same machines, they all will work with mag and or king arms midcaps or the $30 KWA mids

@MACEAirsoft No garuntees but most likely yes, if not you can fit a 7.4v small lipo in the stock or any crane stock battery, I used G&P 7.4v 1000mah (super tiny) lipos in it and I use those in just about everything now.

I'm hopefully goin to get htis today. I have one question though. I'm looking to upgrade the inner barrel, to a Prometheus Inner Barrel. Problem is the Stock Inner Barrel as you said is 394 mm. I can only find a 407 and 363 mm inner barrel. FOrum I posted in said get 363 shorter length won't really matter. Is this an accurate statment? Will it affect the accuracy?

@deb21305 KWA likes to give the most out of their guns making some stuff internaly proprietary. your stock KWA barrel is great but if you do choose to get an EDGI 394 mm 6.01 $60-70 or what i used... a madbull black python 363mm 6.03 $30.

prometheus barrels are nice but madbull is more bang for your buck as it is much less expensive. hope that helps

@chimichanga1254 i can hit a person at 150-200ft within 3 shots. i can hit an apple at 100ft with 1 shot its very accurate.. 6.03mm or .04 its a great barrel also that is using ksc .25bbs i only use ksc bbs in that gun

@AirsoftCalifornia well it now is in the process of being a DMR so i kept the bipod added a magnified scope and will be putting an m16 length tightbore in a suppressor so yeah when its done i will include that in my loadout video
