It's good to know about these, but when one really needs to use something like this he/she should know where specifically to strike and specific techniques. The cheeks, temple area and under the nose are probably the areas which would cause the most damage. Unless you crack a person's skull from the forehead, it might make a really big person angry and do nothing. If a person of any size receives a good cheek, temple or upper lip shot they are probably going to wind up in the hospital.

@kroeger21 They do the job man, I have a butterfly knife and it is for a tool only, I use it at my house. But Knuckle Dusters are the best considering that they can really fuck people up and with a knife, It is very easy to do martial art defense and TAKE AWAY the knife, It is really Hard to take someones brass knuckles off. :)

They're illegal in Britain mate, that's why they're hard to get. I live in Hull, & I have a set, home made. From time to time, they show up on Ebay under ''Paperweight'', but most get removed, same as knives sadly. They're easy enough to make though, plenty of videos on the net on how to :D
